The other night, I attended Bboys Anonymous First Ever All-UCI Dance Battle. Bboys Anonymous, BBA for short, was the bboy crew I spent most of my college life with. It wasn’t just a club, we were a family. Things have changed a lot since I’ve graduated but the club is progressing to new heights under the leadership of the new president and vice-president: Casey & Jules. The event itself was dope! There were 8 teams of 3 and each of the teams were composed of some of the top dancers in Irvine with representatives from each of the top crews, including: CADC, Common Ground, MCIA, a group of Kaba Modern Legacy representing Floorteenth, and of course BBA itself.
It was a mad hype event and it went down with a rousing success. Can’t wait till next time!
